Will Clement is a highly experienced leadership consultant, executive coach, and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience helping organisations and individuals achieve lasting impact. He has led and embedded strategic change across large, complex organisations in both the public and private sectors, combining clarity, compassion, and a practical approach to leadership development.

Will is the creator of the CARE Coaching Model - a values-led, evidence-informed framework that blends compassion, attunement, restoration, and action to build sustainable performance and wellbeing. His model now underpins coaching, leadership, and organisational development programmes across multiple sectors.

As a facilitator, Will is engaging, insightful, and results-focused. His straightforward and human approach empowers leaders to unlock their potential, strengthen relationships, and navigate complexity with confidence.

Will holds an MBA (Distinction), is a Fellow of the Association of Coaching, a Level 7 Executive Coach, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He is also accredited in Strengths Deployment Inventory and Team Management Profile, using these tools to deepen self-awareness and drive authentic leadership growth.
