Will Clement – Founder and Managing Director

Will Clement is a highly experienced leadership consultant, executive coach, and facilitator with over 25 years’ experience helping organisations and individuals achieve lasting impact. He has led and embedded strategic change across large, complex organisations in both the public and private sectors, combining clarity, compassion, and a practical approach to leadership development.

Will is the creator of the CARE Coaching Model - a values-led, evidence-informed framework that blends compassion, attunement, restoration, and action to build sustainable performance and wellbeing. His model now underpins coaching, leadership, and organisational development programmes across multiple sectors.

As a facilitator, Will is engaging, insightful, and results-focused. His straightforward and human approach empowers leaders to unlock their potential, strengthen relationships, and navigate complexity with confidence.

Will holds an MBA (Distinction), is a Fellow of the Association of Coaching, a Level 7 Executive Coach, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He is also accredited in Strengths Deployment Inventory and Team Management Profile, using these tools to deepen self-awareness and drive authentic leadership growth.

Helen Davis

Helen is a highly experienced senior leader and registered nurse with over 25 years working in the NHS and care sectors. Her journey has taken her across a variety of areas, from emergency care to community care and commissioning, giving her a broad and deep understanding of the sector.

Having held several senior leadership roles, including a board-level position as the Executive Nurse in the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), Helen has a proven track record of driving change. Her ability to forge strong partnerships and motivate others has been key in improving the quality of services she’s worked with.

Known for her calm and competent approach, especially in high-pressure situations, Helen is passionate about improving outcomes for all. She brings this same dedication and energy to her work as an executive coach, where she uses her exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to help individuals reach their full potential.

Helen’s coaching style is intuitive and empathetic - she knows exactly when to challenge, listen, or offer support, making her approach both effective and personal.

Carrie Whitham MBA, MCMI

Carrie is an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments like the emergency services, where she’s learned to lead with clarity and composure.

Her leadership journey has always been closely tied to her own personal development, and this blend of experience and qualifications shapes her coaching approach. Carrie’s philosophy is built around a "whole person" approach—your life, your career, your family, your passions, your ambitions—everything that makes up your unique self. In her coaching, all of this is welcomed and explored safely and confidentially.

With a proven track record of helping leaders embrace their authenticity and lead with compassion, Carrie excels at guiding individuals through the "treacle" of organisational and societal pressures. Chris Fox

Chris brings a wealth of experience in leadership and management development, group and team development, and individual profiling. Whether facilitating strategy reviews, leading problem-solving projects, designing and delivering tailored development programmes, or providing one-to-one executive coaching, he brings a hands-on, practical approach to every situation.

With a background working both abroad and across the UK, Chris has had the privilege of collaborating with a diverse range of clients, including high-profile names like ABB, APV Baker, JCB, Kirklees Metropolitan Council, Invensys, Orange, Morrisons, and several leading universities, including Cambridge, Leeds, Nottingham, and Sheffield.

His experience spans multiple sectors, and Chris is passionate about empowering leaders, teams, and individuals to unlock their potential and drive sustainable success.
