It's officially the best time of the year…the cooler weather has finally come, the clocks have changed, the autumn leaves are in full colour - and I couldn't be happier.
October has undoubtably been one of the best months this year - myself and my better half accomplished one of lifelong goals - we travelled to Canada. From bobble hats to baseball caps, we saw and did it all. We canoed on Lake Louise, boarded the Rocky Mountaineer and saw the bright lights of Vancouver - we incredibly lucky, I know.
But it wasn't just a holiday, the trip made me reflect on the importance of embracing opportunities like this, with those we love, and taking a step back from the speed at which life can take us. Work wise, it's our second anniversary of business just around the corner, so I thought it's timely we reintroduce myself to people who have joined our community in the past year or are simply having a look to find out more about what we do.
In 2022 after 25 years of training, coaching, mentoring and OD work, I decided to take the leap into building Clement Leadership Development. From a proud postman to a coaching and managing at large organisations, I can safely say I've done my fair share of work in different sectors - but I can honestly say nothing has ever come close to what I do now. Importantly, we've built our organisation on our values, which we stand by, not only a business, but a family too: Integrity. Inclusivity. Contemporary. Mostly I'm proud that we offer our clients a safe space to seek clarity and reflection, without judgement or opinions. You can find out more about on the About Us page.
Looking ahead, we're excited to be announcing a new range of programmes and courses over the next month, ever broadening our horizons. These will focus on advance and executive coaching, and we can't wait to get started. November is one of our busiest months, both professionally and personally, as me, Katie and Clement Leadership Development celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, as well as many exciting business endeavours.
This month I've met new people from across the world and made memories of a lifetime, what a way to end my 50th year.
