July has been yet another exciting month - brilliant endeavours, clients new and old, and an ever-growing vision for Clement Leadership Development.

The distance I've travelled away from our Yorkshire base has been absolutely worth every mile, and I'm slowly but surely scoping out the South…

Cadent Gas Limited

I’ve been busy supporting In Professional Development (InPD) and Matthew Aiello, working down South on a project for Cadent Gas Limited who are the UK's biggest gas distribution network. They manage a network of more than 80,000 miles of pipes which transport gas to 11 million UK customers.

We’re working with Cadent on a one-day course for hundreds of their people, to help enhance the customer experience - ensuring that staff have the right people skills to make customers feel valued.  This is an important piece of work as it furthers Cadent's commitment to their customers, as well as their people.  Understanding the value you provide customers helps attract potential customers and better service existing ones.

Working with quality groups creates an engaging and enjoyable environment for everyone, myself most definitely included.

Barnsley FC

As you may have seen on our socials, Clement Leadership Development sponsored John McAtee at Barnsley FC for the 23/24 season.  This month it was an absolute pleasure to visit the club at Oakwell, chatting with George Johnston and Dan Hayward, discussing all things sponsorship.  As an avid, life-long Barnsley fan, this opportunity has been not only a professional achievement, but more importantly a personal one.  I am absolutely delighted to have sponsored my club.

Certificate of Fellow Membership

I'm delighted to have renewed my Fellowship with the Association for Coaching.

My renewal provides clients, both existing and potential, that I take my craft seriously and strive to take every opportunity as a means of development, because I really do love what I do.  Seeking ways to push myself and further my professional development is my way of striving for coaching excellence.

Skills Development Network Yorkshire & Humber Branch

In July I had the brilliant opportunity to speak at the Skills Development Network Yorkshire & Humber Branch , delving and exploring imposter syndrome, as well as ways people can overcome these emotions.  A particularly big thank you to Laura Hill , as well as a brilliant audience, it definitely makes speaking that much easier! Speaking about topics such as imposter syndrome is part of the reason I love my job, speaking with real life people, about real life topics.  I thrive and embrace events such as these, and welcome the opportunity to meet new people, as well as catch up with friends.

That's me for July, what a month!

Cheers to the future, I look forward to what's to come.  Please don't hesitate to contact me for an informal chat.  All the best.
